on any claim for a pension award related to injuries received by an individual while serving the government in a civil capacity, as well as any question regarding the amount of any such award. The commission will be responsible for providing advice on any matter referred to them and on any other matter that the state governor may refer to them. The state governor has the authority to make regulations that specify which matters, either generally, in a specific class of cases, or in specific circumstances, will not require consultation with the Public Service Commission.

District and Regional Offices of KPSC
